Product & API transparency

Marketing work,
in one clear room.

ClickOps is a private operating workspace for a marketing agency and its invited client teams. It brings campaign reporting, leads, content approvals, and day-to-day follow-up into one client-scoped system.

The product

Operations move together.

ClickOps gives the agency and each authorized client one shared view of the work, while keeping every client's data and decisions separate.

Campaign reporting

A shared view of campaign performance and trends for each connected client.

Lead operations

Follow-up tasks, lead stages, and the path from marketing activity to revenue.

Content approvals

A client-facing review flow for planned posts, creative work, and feedback.

Operational automation

Focused reminders and notifications for work that needs attention.

Google Ads API

Authorized data, used for reporting.

Our current Google Ads API integration is deliberately limited to account discovery and read-only reporting for accounts that a user has authorized.

Current access boundary

ClickOps does not create or modify campaigns, ads, budgets, users, or billing through the Google Ads API at this stage.

01

Discover authorized accounts

After the account owner completes Google OAuth, ClickOps lists only the Google Ads accounts that authorization makes accessible.

02

Read campaign structure

We retrieve campaign identifiers, names, status, channel type, and campaign dates for the selected account.

03

Report performance

We sync cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, all conversions, and conversion value for dashboard reporting.

04

Assign data to the right client

An agency administrator explicitly maps each connected Google Ads account to one ClickOps client workspace.

Data flow

Consent stays at the beginning of every connection.

01

User authorizes

The Google account owner completes OAuth and controls the permission granted.

02

Credentials protected

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and used server-side for the connection.

03

Admin assigns

An authorized agency administrator selects the Ads account and its matching client.

04

Client sees reports

Synced campaign metrics appear only in the relevant client workspace.

Data protection

Built around least access.

The system is designed to keep client work separate and to use connected advertising data only to provide the reporting and operational service requested by the agency or client.

  • Google Ads data is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
  • Connections are limited to accounts made accessible by the authorizing user.
  • Stored OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest.
  • Access to client workspaces is limited by account role and client assignment.
  • A user can revoke Google access and request deletion of connected data.

Business model

A service workspace, not a data marketplace.

ClickOps is operated as the working platform of a marketing agency. Access is provided to invited team members and clients as part of their service relationship. It is not an anonymous public tool and does not collect or resell advertising data from unrelated businesses.
